We’re an intentionally small company that helps other businesses get their IT sorted the easiest way possible. We started out in 1998, providing quality systems integration and support. Today our micro sized business continues to provide IT network deployment, support, systems integration, system and software solutions — new server and workstation installations, software repairs, software upgrades and network maintenance. If you need it, we can consult for systems planning and integration. Businesses sized from 20-200 work stations are the best match for the way we work.
We’re best at being solution providers and trouble-shooters for networks. Deployments, systems integration and ongoing support form the core of our business. You’ll find us working at new network installations, software and network repairs or upgrades and maintenance. We love consulting for systems planning and integration.
Our clients are all differently shaped – big and small. As we’re not big into marketing or advertising, most of our new business comes by way of referral from existing clients or word of mouth.
How we offer service to our clients
Mostly we’re remote hands. A lot of clients with larger networks have their own administrator and we assist with remote servicing when required.
InfoVUE provides service mostly in Raleigh-Durham but with remote access we’re able to have clients all over the US, and reach sites in New Zealand, and UK.
About Software & Hardware
To many people’s surprise, we don’t actually sell hardware or software. Our preference is to recommend a number of reliable vendors (DELL, IBM, HP) for hardware and software products that we have established as quality and reliable products and are components that form part of our solutions for you.
